SOS団!! From left, Yuuki, Haruki, Mitsuru, Kyon-ko and Itsuko. Good job for the fan-artist!! We all know fans have the greastest imagination ever...団長!!!!...especially this one particular subject called Lexicology and Terminology!!! I swear that my brain CRACKED trying to decipher what the hell did I copied down from all the lectures (because really, there isn't much to start of with) as well as trying to go through most of reference listed down (the photocopy shop under the library sells the notes) before my wit fails me and gave up. (Or izzit because I studied on my bed and my bed has some really mysterious force that can drag anyone into slumber...and I fell prey to it all the time).
Law and Translation II fared slightly better cos at least there are things that you can actually study but I only managed to go through it once because I will only face it on the 2nd day of the coming battle...and there are so many legal terms! Homicide rape tort assault actus reus mens rea...
Japanese IV? Totally didn't touch it at all. Had been in my bag all this while since the end of semester study. 大丈夫かな。。。勉強すれば日本語試験ができると思うんですが、今全然時間がねえ~~他のSubjectの方がすごく大変なんですよ~~~
The progress had been really sluggish and the excessive lethargicness throughout the one whole week of a hiatus is not helping at all. And I have 3 papers that I need to face starting from tomorrow for 3 conscecutive days back to back. The killer has to be the opening paper aka Lexicology and Terminology. Will I even survive the first day? Please spare my life!!!! *fingers crossed*
ガン!!!!!!!!明日、テストは始まるのに、勉強は全然進めねえ~~~~Good luck everyone!!! Hope that all of us can pull this last battle through without much casualties...
Epilogue: Meanwhile, the coursework marks had been quite positive as far as what I have in my hand now. The 100% coursework Producing and Editing Translation are quite positive with the usual A-'s and B+'s but the biggest surprise has to be the Lexicology and Terminology in which I managed to score a IMO relatively impressive A-...coming from Dr. A! Looks like Dr. A are (and has been) in a good mood for this semester. Let's just hope that she will maintain her good vibes for the next semester! Track record for Law and Translation II is pretty consistent as well with A-'s while no news from Sight Translation/Interpreting yet but initial feedback during face to face meet is positive as well. But then again 100% coursework subject aside, we still have exam to face next week...but I don't mind a lil boast of motivation and sense of security!
ps: Just discovered that dimming your laptop screen brightness do help a lot in extending your battery life! Cool~~~ In search for more tips in taking care of laptop battery and prolonging its live.
