Pre-NLDS...preparation for the real event!!!!!

To YangLip: More Photos? No worries, more coming up!!!! but with the same amount of text as well hahahaha!!!! I have to resort to writing cos i dun have digital cam for photo so bear with me...but then, who cares!!! LOL. Enough with the acknowledgement, let get the story started: Pre-NLDS!!!!!

1st DAY:

I reach 3rd residential college, our pre-NLDS site(Kolej Tuanku Kurshiah) by 8 something am. SHIT I am the first USM-ers to reach there!!!! The UM-ers starts their pre-NLDS way earlier and after i settle down in my hostel(just to be frank, after living in Tekun for quite a while, you will feel that all other hostel sucks...but this one way suck!!! Bathroom at the end of the hallway WTF and the water pressure on the 4th floor is so low!!!!!), I waste my time walking and hanging around the central courtyard, occasional chit-chatting with the OC's(Mun Kit from LCHELP is....cute!!! uke-ish LOL) and sms-ing/kacau-ing USM ppl. (At that time, ShuLi is on her way, Adel still in Malacca, Ekun on his bus down and Ching is coming with Rubini.)

As time pass, more and more ppl came in. UTM and UUM are having their pre-NLDS here as well so the place became quite packed. We start our agenda in the hallway besides the hostel office because we need to pay a couple hundred of dollars if we want to get a proper room for doin stuff in hostel(WTH). We start off with squaredance practice with Rubini (MAHI VE!!!!). Unfortunately on my part, I have to cancel Candyman due to imcomplete squaredance move and Hare Hare Yukai is too hard to practice within two day. Now i can only pray that Zahirah can make it with Chelo's Cha Cha. In the end, only me and ShuLi dance HHY for syok sendiri purpose. I vow to dance it in any AnimeCon if i got chance!!!! Anyway, ice-breaking game was done(Mrs. O'grady died of hilarious death) and expectation was made by both juniors and seniors. Then later we moved to a more comfortable place which is at Faculty of Science and a lot of our agenda continues from there. We had a pleasant surprise when Jillyn, LCPUSM 05/06 came along with her sidekick, Jasmine of LCPUM 05/06(i didn't get it wrong right) We have lots of sharing especially about their trip of India to attend the IC and further backpacking after IC. She also reveal Stefan as the most annoying junior in her year and what she had done as an LCP for bringing LCUSM to the peak of its achievement.(most exchange and members ever). Very inspiring even tho both of them are the kind of people that can seriously scrutinize others LOL.

And this is how our first days gone. Oh, i also drop by the cafe with Ekun and Vance(roommate btw) to get some snacks where i almost piss Charina off by picking the Admin Department. (I hope i didn't miss any detail)

2nd day:
With the extremely loud laungan azan that works better than the alarm clocks, this signals one of the most crucial and excruciating day within the whole NLDS. Most of of are were already here by today. The seniors guide us through the AIESEC knowledge(AIESECXP ,Exchange, AIESEC 2010 etc.) through intensive session of lectures. But of course the day will not be done without more teambuilding games(including one which is half-conducted by me). There's one was done under the damn hot sun and my group was the last to finish...i believe this is the time where the excruciating weather takes a toll on me cos I have headache throughout the day. Zahirah came as well with her sister, Sakina and this is when we have our crash course of new squaredance, Chelo's cha cha(and it rox!!!!! Thanks Zahirah!!!!!!) Besides that, we guide everyone through the rollcalls(including the really good kutuk UM one by Shereen...dang she is good as our jinglemistress!!!!! and T-shirt from Charina one as well is cool)

At night, everyone is busy with the GV preparation and performance which is Flamenco. The female dancers are: Jessica, ShuLi, Zahirah and ShinYen. As for male dancers they are: Kelvin, Vance, Terence and Christopher. Our dance coordinator are Rachel, despite her leg injuries she still teach them the moves tirelessly...salute!!!!! This is also the time where my health takes a turn for the worse and makes me suffer for the next two days...I am having serious delirium and pukes a little...despite that fact i still persist with guiding through the EBs with our new squaredance , Chelo cha cha with Ekun. LOL Soon Kern was suprised that the hottest dancers there are a sick person(aka me!!! hahahaha)

So by the time everythings end its already 12am plus. After doin a little packing(cos we need to wake up damn early to move to a new hostel 8th residential college for the real event), we went to sleep with an extremely heavy head...

ps: because we are in other unis ground, their wireless is of course for UM-ers that register...have to abstain from onlining during NLDS!!!!!
